Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These terms govern your use of linguaplans.com and anything you buy here. Placing an order means you accept them. [ADD: your trading name, business address and registered details.]

What you are buying

Everything sold on this site is a digital teaching resource — lesson plans, worksheets, slide decks and similar files. Nothing is shipped. When your payment clears, the files become available in your account and a download link is emailed to you.

Each listing states the CEFR level, the approximate teaching time and the files included. Read it before buying: it is the description the sale is based on.

Your licence: what you may do

Buying a resource gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one teacher — you. Under that licence you may:

  • Use the materials in your own lessons, in person or online, for as many classes as you teach
  • Print as many copies as your own students need
  • Share your screen with the materials during a lesson
  • Send worksheets and homework files to your own students for their personal study
  • Adapt and edit the editable versions to suit your class
  • Keep using the files indefinitely, including after you stop buying from this site

Your licence: what you may not do

  • Resell, sublicense or give away the files, edited or not
  • Upload them to file-sharing sites, resource-swap groups, Telegram or Discord servers, teacher marketplaces, or any public location
  • Share them with colleagues, or distribute them across a school, department or teaching platform, unless you have bought a group licence
  • Include them in a paid course, bundle or membership of your own
  • Remove or obscure the copyright line, or claim authorship of the materials
  • Use them to train an AI or machine-learning model

Copyright in all materials stays with me. You are buying a licence to teach with them, not ownership of them.

Schools, agencies and teams

If more than one teacher will use the materials, you need a group licence. Get in touch through the contact page and tell me how many teachers are involved — it is a straightforward conversation and the pricing is fair.

Free resources

Free lessons carry exactly the same licence as paid ones. Free to download does not mean free to redistribute.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each listing and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal or by card. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is calculated at checkout based on the billing details you give.

Accounts

Your account holds your purchase history and your download links, so keep the password to yourself. Accounts used to distribute files beyond the licence above may be closed, and closure does not entitle you to a refund.

Refunds

Digital downloads have their own rules, set out in full on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.

What I promise, and what I do not

I promise the files will match their description and will download properly. If something is broken, corrupt or missing, tell me and I will fix it or refund you.

I cannot promise a particular lesson will suit your class, your students will enjoy it, or anyone’s exam score will improve. Teaching has too many variables for that, and you remain the professional in the room. To the fullest extent the law allows, my liability for any claim connected with these materials is limited to what you paid for them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Site availability

I aim to keep the site running, but it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside my control. Your downloads remain in your account either way.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
