Can I request a lesson?
Yes, please. Tell us the topic, the CEFR level, how long the class runs, and whether it's a group or one-to-one. The more specific, the better: "B1 adults, 50 minutes, complaining politely in a restaurant" beats "something on food".
How do refunds work?
Everything we sell is a digital file, so refunds work a little differently from a shop that ships boxes. Our Refund Policy spells out exactly when you get your money back.
Found a mistake in a lesson?
A typo, a broken link, an answer key that argues with its own worksheet... we'd much rather hear about it than leave it sitting in the library. Send us the lesson name and the page.
